Description:
This turn of the century, wood, French salon table is a rare one! Original, muted aqua paint. An inset, 2 ½” porcelain border featuring frolicking cherubs encircles the entire top rim and is framed in with decorative wood bead trim. A 5” by 6” metal cherub plaque is on the front and metal onlays are attached to the top and bottom of all 4 legs. An inset, 6” by 8” oval porcelain cherub plaque is featured at the base. A few minor hairline cracks in the wood but all the porcelain is in perfect shape. A stunning example of antique French craftsmanship at its finest.
